Today was another steady double day to prepare myself for my longest post half run tomorrow. However I spent a lot of time reading the start of a low carb book.
The book is very scientific but they have clearly done their research and really know what they are talking about. You read what they have written and wonder how the politicians and scientist stand quiet on the recommended meal plan. They must see this evidence and decide not to act on it.
More to come on that I’m sure. Know that if you are doing low carb it’s not a diet it’s a lifestyle and you are scientific backed to stick with it for life. At least that’s what I read and I believe. Good luck.
I’m sticking with mine until I hit my final weight target, then my war on carbs will be over.

My war will never be over. A low carb diet is how most people should be eating. It’s not weight but health. I’ve read and seen too much about what sugar does to your body. I recommend that sugar film.
